Our Projects
Water From Air is committed to bringing Atmospheric Water Generator (AWG) technology to communities that lack access to clean drinking water. Each project focuses on providing long-term, sustainable, daily water production without relying on wells, rainfall, or traditional infrastructure.
Below are our current and upcoming projects.
1. East Africa – Clean Water for Schools & Villages
Our first active fundraising campaign supports the installation of an AWG system at a school or village in East Africa. This unit will provide:
- 200–400 liters of clean water per day
- Safe drinking water for children and families
- Year-round water independent of rainfall
- Reduced risk of waterborne disease
- Daily data and updates after installation

2. India – Water Access for Drought & Heat Zones
India faces severe water stress due to extreme temperatures, groundwater depletion, and contamination. We plan to install AWG units in communities and schools where traditional water sources have failed.
This project will go live once our East Africa installation is completed.
3. Water-Smart Farms in Canada (Pilot Program)
In many regions, farms face water restrictions, fines, and limited access to clean water. We are preparing AWG solutions that help farms:
- Reduce water usage
- Maintain livestock hydration
- Support greenhouse operations
- Improve sustainability and independence
This project will become active as partnerships develop.
Many Canadian farms and rural operations are under pressure from:
- Drought and changing climate
- Water-use restrictions and limits
- Rising costs of water and compliance
- The need to demonstrate sustainable practices
We are preparing a pilot project to test Atmospheric Water Generators on selected farms in Canada. These systems would provide a controlled, measurable source of additional water for specific uses – for example:
- Water for livestock in certain conditions
- Water for hand-washing and hygiene areas
- Supplemental water for greenhouses or high-value crops
- Demonstration units for education and outreach
Our intention is to:
- Collaborate with interested farmers and rural organizations
- Apply for support through Canadian agricultural and innovation grant programs
- Collect data on water production, reliability, and impact
- Publish results and share best practices for water-smart farming
Funding approach:
This project is planned to be funded primarily through Canadian federal and provincial programs, innovation funds, and farm partnerships, not from the same donations that support drinking-water projects in East Africa and India. This allows us to keep donor contributions focused on communities without safe water, while still advancing water-from-air innovation in agriculture.
4. Future Projects
As our organization grows, we plan to expand AWG installations to:
- Rural communities
- Schools and educational centers
- Disaster relief zones
- Water-stressed regions worldwide
Each installation will include monitoring, updates, and transparency reports.
Transparency & Reporting
For every funded installation, we publish:
- Photos and video updates
- Water production numbers
- Installation reports
- Community impact updates
- Verified before-and-after comparisons
Every donor will be able to see the real impact of their support.
